1、Cleaning utensils: Find a clean towel, wet it with water and wring it out until the water cannot be squeezed out.
2. Clean the surface of the conveyor belt: Before cleaning, the sensitivity of the metal detector should be adjusted to the lowest level, so as not to affect the subsequent cleaning work due to excessive sensitivity. Then straighten the towel and press it properly on the surface of the conveyor belt, start the metal detector, make the machine run for more than five laps (the purpose is to clean the pollutants on the surface of the conveyor belt, the method can be applied flexibly), then wash the towel and twist it. Dry, repeat this step again to wipe the conveyor belt until there is no obvious contamination on the surface of the conveyor belt;
3. Cleaning the back of the conveyor belt: Many people ignore the back during the cleaning process, but cleaning the back is also very important. Then wash the towel and wring it dry, pass the towel through the bottom of the conveyor belt from the lower part of the machine, straighten the towel, and put it on the conveyor belt. The towel is drawn to the front of the conveying table, grasp the towel by both ends, and start the machine to run the machine for several weeks. Since the bottom of the conveyor belt is the dirtiest place, it needs to be wiped several times. After every few weeks of operation, remove the towel and wash it again and repeat the above steps.
4. How to judge the cleaning effect: After the conveyor belt of the metal detector goes through the above two cleaning steps, adjust the sensitivity to level 8 or the highest sensitivity, start the machine, and let the machine run, if the machine runs smoothly and the probe metal position display light is off At this time, put clothes without any metal impurities at this time, and the product can pass through the metal detector channel smoothly, that is, the conveyor belt is cleaned successfully!
