The Multi-Lane Stick Pack Checkweigher is designed for automatic weight inspection of small bags, stick packs, sachets, and other individually packed products on high-speed multi-lane production lines. Each lane is equipped with an independent weight detection system, allowing products from different lanes to be weighed and monitored separately.
The system continuously checks the weight of each product and compares the measured value with the preset target weight and tolerance range. Products outside the specified weight limits can be automatically rejected, helping manufacturers identify underweight, overweight, or missing-product packages during production.
